Founder, Tomomi, a mother of 2, originally from Japan moved to Vancouver, BC in 2007 with her husband Mark. After giving birth to their son in 2014, she was looking for specific baby washcloths that all parents in Japan use. These simple washcloths have been used for many generations. However, there are no such products in Canada. So she decided to bring the baby washcloths from Japan to Canada.
