All of our products are certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1. Manufactured in Japan and packaged in Vancouver, Canada. The package (laundry bag) is certified by the FDA.
You can visibly see cotton pieces on the cloths and they are not harmful to the human body.
Uses of Washcloth:
To wipe face, mouth, hands, runny nose, body in the bath, ears, teeth and gums for dental care, bum for diaper changes. Use as a burp cloth, as nursing pads and more.

– Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Class 1 –
Finished products, such as clothing includes accessories like buttons, and raw materials, i.e. thread and dyes that have Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certification means they are free from harmful chemicals. Your skin can absorb harmful chemicals through textiles that your body comes in contact with, this certification guarantees that the products are safe for human use. Class 1 certification is the hardest test to pass as it is for textile products to be used by children 0 to 36 months.
All items are shipped by Canada Post unless you chose to pickup your purchase locally. You can choose regular mail(without tracking number) or expedited mail(with tracking number). We are not responsible for the lost of the regular mail as we are unable to track the mail. You will be notified by e-mail when your item is shipped. We only ship within Canada. To pickup your item, please see the “Local Pickup” below.
If the shipping address you provided is inaccurate and your shipment is returned to our office, unfortunately you will be responsible for a second shipping fee.
– Local Pickup –
If you live or happen to be in the Vancouver area, you can pickup your items from our office. To do so, you need to enter an address in BC as a shipping address and select “Local Pickup”on Checkout page. If you are not a resident of BC, please use our office address. Once the order is ready for pick up, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. After you receive the confirmation e-mail, please coordinate the date and time of pick up to ensure no delay in receiving your order. Please provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to pick up. Our office is located at 2826 SE Kent Ave, Vancouver, BC, V5S 4T4.
– Refund Policy –
Please feel free to contact us if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased from our website. For refund or exchange, please contact us by replying to the last e-mail you received from us anytime, there is no time limit to return the items as our priority is your satisfaction!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for any lost items. Please contact us by replying to the last e-mail you received from us.
2, Exchanges for damaged items
We check each item is in perfect condition before delivering it to you. However, if the items you purchased from our website are defective or damaged, we will gladly replace the items. Please contact us by replying to the last e-mail you received from us and let us know about the defective item. Shipping fee from your location to our office will be refunded.
3, Clearance Sale Items
Unfortunately clearance sale items cannot be refunded.
